1. Beta availability
Mileage Sync is pre-release software. Features, data formats, availability, and compatibility may change rapidly, and access may be limited, paused, or ended while the product is developed.
2. Accuracy expectations
The app is designed to improve driving-history accuracy, but OCR, telemetry, game changes, computer interruptions, and configuration can produce incomplete or incorrect records. Review important totals and keep backups.
3. Tester responsibilities
Beta testers should use the product lawfully, protect their account, avoid interfering with the service, and report defects with enough context to help reproduce them when practical.
4. Feedback
Suggestions and bug reports may be used to improve Mileage Sync without an obligation to implement a request or compensate the person who submitted it.
5. Data and backups
Testers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of local and exported records. Beta software should not be treated as the sole copy of irreplaceable information.
6. No warranty
The beta is provided for testing on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.
7. Independent product
Mileage Sync is not affiliated with or endorsed by iRacing or RaceLab. Those services may change independently and affect compatibility.
8. Changes to these terms
These draft terms may be revised as beta capabilities mature. A finalized version and acceptance process should be introduced before paid or general availability.
