Release notes
- Fixed telemetry capture rejecting a safely copied iRacing frame after the simulator reused its live buffer. New complete laps can populate Performance; older incomplete lap fragments remain preserved.
- Race Log now displays the latest 1,600 entries. The local database continues retaining all saved history.
- Google Sheets history sync batches changes and handles quota limits more carefully. Local recording remains available while spreadsheet sync retries.
- Privacy & Data Controls now explains recognized period-publishing failures and the next action, including reconnecting expired authorization.
- Website Period car leaders shows who drove each car the most during the selected period, with that driver's statistics for that car. Tied leaders are included.
- Fixed an odometer recovery case where a false zero OCR reading could reset a known positive baseline, causing incorrect Race Log starting and ending mileage. Valid zero readings for a new baseline still work.
- Race Log coasting distance headings now match the selected feet, meters, kilometers or miles. The Units menu is named Braking & Coasting Distance to clarify that the setting controls both measurements. Stored history is unchanged.
- New gear-time statistics show how long you drove in each forward gear, neutral and reverse in Race Log, Performance, Car Totals, Track Totals and Community. Older races remain unavailable for these new measurements.
- Perfect Shifts counts adjacent forward upshifts at engine redline or within 0.5 seconds afterward. Downshifts, skipped gears and early shifts do not count; missing RPM or redline leaves this measurement unavailable.
- Performance adds a Gears & Shifts view. Community adds gear-time and Perfect Shifts rankings for recorded driving intervals while preserving existing history.
- Wrapped table headings now work across Reports, Performance, Car Totals, Track Totals, Community and Worker Log. Community publishing reconnection and status handling have been improved.
- Improved RaceLab odometer discovery when an iRacing session loads, with a built-in odometer fallback and a manual starting-mileage alignment tool.
- Race Log gains Total Shifts, Rain Time, compact local timestamps and session abbreviations, wrapped headings, and no empty leading column.
- Resize, reorder, show or hide table columns; your saved layout is restored. Click headings to alternate ascending and descending sorting.
- The bottom table scrollbar stays visible with Worker Details expanded, and the application window stays above the taskbar.
- New driving measurements include rain distance/laps/time, wet-track distance/time/laps, full-throttle time, braking time, coasting time and pit time. Missing historical measurements remain unavailable.
- Community period reports support rain distance/laps and pedal/pit time with schema 2. Dated summaries and observed ratings publish for signed-in accounts without a separate period opt-in. Expanded lifetime sharing keeps its existing separate setting.
- Worker startup, telemetry durability and shutdown handling have been improved. Privacy & Data Controls includes Save Settings.
- Updates are manual: stop the worker, close Mileage Sync and install 1.4.7. Back up your history before upgrading.
- Ratings use simulator observations and may update in a later session. Official per-race iRating and Safety Rating changes are not collected automatically in this beta.
- The installer is unsigned while development continues. Windows may show an unknown-publisher warning.
