Built-in odometer
Track mileage with Mileage Sync’s own odometer when RaceLab is not part of your setup. Keep a separate running total for each car.
RaceLab OCR
Read the whole-mile value from the RaceLab odometer. Discovery runs when a session loads and the car and track are identified; stable-read checks help reject misreads. Optional OCR needs external Tesseract setup.
Odometer fallback and alignment
If OCR stays unavailable, valid telemetry can continue tracking new distance. Align a car’s starting odometer while the worker is stopped without adding old baseline miles to a new race. Independent totals can differ from RaceLab.

Detailed Race Log
Record mileage start, end, and added distance, laps, overtakes, track time, fuel, upshifts, downshifts, and Total Shifts. Car and session detection keep each record attached to the right drive.
Rain distance, laps, and time
See how far you drove, how many laps you completed, and how long you drove while rain was falling.
Wet-track distance, laps, and time
Measure driving on a wet track separately from falling rain. A track can remain wet after the rain stops.
Pedal and pit time
Track time at full throttle, time braking, time coasting, and time in the pits, alongside braking and coasting distance.
Time in each gear
Record moving time in forward gears 1–10, neutral, and reverse. View available gear measurements in Race Log, Performance, Car Totals, Track Totals, Reports, and Community, including the Gears & Shifts performance view.
Perfect Shifts
Count adjacent forward upshifts at redline or within 0.5 seconds afterward. Early shifts, downshifts, and skipped gears do not count. This is a defined timing measure, not a claim about the optimal shift point for every car.

Select a session and filter by car, track, session type, or lap status. Review available lap times, speed, positions, incidents, fuel, and driver inputs.
Session Summary
Review best and representative clean pace and consistency. Invalid, pit, incident, and incomplete laps remain distinguishable from clean laps.
Lap Trend, Driver Inputs & Fuel
Follow pace through a session and compare recorded throttle, braking, coasting, and fuel use across laps.
Stints and comparison baselines
Group laps into pit-bounded stints and compare matching car, track, and session types against a previous session, personal best, or recent comparable sessions.
Session History
Return to earlier recorded sessions to follow your progress rather than relying on the last drive alone.
Stint Evolution
Compare early and late laps, first, middle, and last portions, or two selected stints. Explore how pace, driver inputs, and fuel use change together.

Turn sessions into a garage history
Local Reports
Review lifetime, day, week, month, and rolling 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day activity. Summary cards, car and track standings, coverage, highlights, and per-session or per-lap averages make totals easier to compare. Calendar periods use Eastern time.
Expanded Car Totals
Compare cumulative mileage, laps, shifts, overtakes, fuel, driving measurements, and available gear statistics by car. See fuel economy, miles per session or lap, overtakes per session, and shifts per lap.
Track Totals
Compare distance, sessions, laps, overtakes, track time, fuel, braking and coasting distance, and available driving and gear measurements by track. Review averages, fuel economy, and when you last drove there.
Observed iRating and Safety Rating
Review available first and last simulator observations, net changes, license class, and coverage across Sports Car, Formula Car, Oval, Dirt Oval, and Dirt Road. These are simulator observations; official per-race rating changes are not collected automatically and may appear in a later session.

Community leaderboard
Browse community totals in the desktop app and on the website. Compare overall or per-car lifetime standings, search drivers, and filter and sort available statistics.
Dated community activity
Compare dated car and track summaries for day, week, month, and rolling periods. Available statistics include mileage, laps, sessions, overtakes, track time, shifts, braking distance, fuel, rain distance and laps, pedal and pit time, gear time, and Perfect Shifts.
Automatic account publishing
For signed-in accounts, the worker publishes dated activity summaries and observed ratings under your public username without a separate period opt-in. Lifetime car-total sharing and expanded categories retain their separate settings. Raw Race Log rows, email, credentials, notes, and session IDs are not published.
Community goals
Follow shared milestones for miles, laps, fuel, and shifts, and see how individual driving contributes to community totals.
Optional Google Sheets export
Export Race Log and Car Totals to your own Google Sheet. Local tracking works without a spreadsheet; connect one when you want another way to inspect and organize your records.

Make the desktop work your way
Saved table layouts
Click a column heading to alternate ascending and descending sorting. Drag headings to reorder columns, resize them, and choose which columns to show. Your column layout is remembered.
Readable headings and scrolling
Wrapped column titles keep narrow tables readable. Bottom horizontal scrollbars remain accessible with Worker Details expanded, the window fits above the taskbar, and Worker Log text wraps.
Compact Race Log
Use concise headings and local timestamps, session abbreviations such as R, P, LQ, and T, and the added Total Shifts and Rain Time columns without an empty leading column.
Desktop themes
Choose Carbon, Vector Light, or Midnight Circuit to suit your screen and preferences.
Odometer styles and units
Choose Modern Digital, Mechanical Roller, Factory LCD, Blue Night Cluster, or Green Classic Cluster, and adjust the odometer’s size and position. Display distance in miles or kilometers and fuel in US gallons or liters.

Keep a dependable local record
Local history and backups
Keep your detailed history in a local SQLite database and make recoverable backups. Temporary export or publishing failures do not need to interrupt core local capture.
Corrections
Repair inaccurate history and rebuild car totals from the underlying Race Log. Starting-odometer alignment changes the baseline without fabricating a driven session.
Worker health and recovery
See when tracking becomes stale or encounters a problem. Automatic recovery, Restart Worker, and Reset Stuck Session help restore tracking, with improved startup, durable recording, and shutdown handling.
Accuracy safeguards
Stable OCR reads, believable-jump checks, and car and session identity checks help keep suspicious readings out of the wrong totals.
Privacy & Data Controls
Use visible checkboxes and Save Settings to manage the available choices. Reconnect publishing or claim publishing on your PC when needed, with clearer authorization and connection status.
New driving, gear, and rating measurements start with supported recorded sessions; older races are not retroactively filled in. Missing telemetry or redline information remains unavailable rather than becoming a zero. Mileage Sync is not affiliated with or endorsed by iRacing or RaceLab.
